How is the training in the USA structured?

Training sessions take place at least once a day and usually last between two to three hours. In preparation even twice, a day. There are also units in the weight room and various video analyses.

Due to the high training intensity, the football teams have excellent conditions for physiotherapists, chiropractors and medical professionals. They also have access to all regeneration facilities that meet the highest standards.

What does a season at college look like?

The season begins on the first weekend of the fall semester (end of August) and ends – depending on how successful your team is – at the beginning of January. In December, however, there is an approximately two-week break that marks the end of the regular season and the start of the preparatory phase for the so-called “NCAA Bowl Games”, in which the best colleges of the season compete against each other again.

Otherwise there are at least twelve season games, one every week. The first half of the games is mostly against teams that are not in their own league. Afterwards, the annual conference champions will be played in internal league duels.
